Where We Ship
We proudly ship our handcrafted saunas and wellness products across Canada and selected regions in the United States. Whether you’re in a remote cottage, a bustling city, or a quiet suburban neighborhood, we work to ensure your sauna journey is seamless.
Shipping Timeframes
- In-Stock Products: Ship within 5–7 business days.
- Custom-Made Saunas: Ship within 2–5 weeks, depending on the level of customization.
- Transit Times: Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days.
Shipping Methods
- Sauna units are delivered via freight shipping with curbside delivery.
- Smaller items (e.g., accessories or cold plunges) may be shipped via trusted parcel services.
- Tracking information is provided via email once your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of your order.
- Large sauna units incur freight delivery charges, which vary depending on location and accessibility.
- Installation services, if available in your region, may incur additional fees.
Important Delivery Information
- Please ensure your delivery location is accessible for large shipments.
- Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations.
- If special arrangements are needed (e.g., indoor placement, crane delivery, or white-glove service), please contact us prior to ordering.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
At Botanical Saunas, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
- Custom-built saunas and made-to-order units are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom saunas or modified designs
- Assembled or used DIY kits
- Opened cold plunge pools or accessories
- Items showing signs of wear or use
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@botanicalsaunas.ca with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos.
- Our team will review and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if applicable.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, minus original shipping fees and a possible restocking fee.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging immediately.
- Contact us at info@botanicalsaunas.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate and arrange for replacement parts, a new unit, or a refund, depending on the situation.
