1. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We take great care to ensure all product details, images, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur. In such cases, Botanical Saunas reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and to update information without prior notice.

If you’re unsure about sizing, heater type, installation requirements, or any customization details, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

  • We accept major credit cards, e-Transfers, and select financing options.

  • Prices may change due to raw material costs, shipping fluctuations, or promotions — but confirmed orders will not be affected after payment is processed.

  • Full payment is required before an order is processed or scheduled for production.

3. Warranty Coverage

Each sauna comes with a 2-Year Limited Warranty, which covers:

  • Structural integrity of the sauna unit

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship

  • Heater issues (as per manufacturer’s individual warranty)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper installation or maintenance

  • Weather-related damage (e.g., flooding, storms)

  • Natural wear and tear or misuse

  • Modifications made after delivery

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom saunas are built to your specifications and therefore are non-refundable once production has begun. If you have any concerns about measurements, layouts, or finishes, please confirm with our team before placing your order.

5. Limitation of Liability

Botanical Saunas is not liable for:

  • Damages due to improper installation or unauthorized alterations

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of the product

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or supply chain issues

Always follow installation and safety guidelines provided. If unsure, we recommend hiring a certified installer.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the information necessary to process your order and improve your experience. This data will never be shared or sold without your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, imagery, text, and product designs on BotanicalSaunas.ca are the intellectual property of Botanical Saunas. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
